Saws Buying Guide

Saws are one of the most commonly used tools for home improvement for general craftsmen hobbies.

Types of Saws

Hand saws: One of the most common types of saws is the hand saw. Each type varies according to how the blade grip is being held in hand. If the requirement is stiffer, then you can prefer the saws with thick blades and if a less stiffness is enough to solve the purpose, the thickness of the blade can be lessened accordingly.

Plywood saws: Plywood saws can be used exclusively for sawing plywood materials, as the teeth of the blades are finely treated. This can, therefore reduce the tearing of plywood materials.

Chain saws: This type of saw can be preferred for simple cutting purposes and it can cut all types of woods with no extra efforts.

Scroll saws: If you need to do deep cuts for designing your interiors at your home, you can prefer the scroll types. Standard depth of cut can be done within the measurement range of 1-3/4" and 2-1/4”. The speed range of these strokes are lesser than 400 strokes every single minute and can be as faster as 1400 strokes every minute. So, it will be convenient for all types of usages which you would prefer to have. The possibility of having the saw set in any speed measurement makes this model more preferable for doing simple interior decorations at your home.
